Bricks & Clicks was built on decades of hands-on experience inside the retail ecosystem—spanning merchandising, supplier strategy, and multi-channel growth.

I’ve spent my career working within the environments where decisions are made—partnering with teams, managing categories, and navigating the realities of both retailer and supplier expectations. That experience shaped how I approach this work today.

Bricks & Clicks exists to bring that perspective directly to the brands we support.

My approach starts with understanding what already exists.

Dream it

Before thinking about expansion or acceleration, I focus on the foundation—how the business is currently performing, how it’s positioned, and where there is real opportunity to improve or grow. That perspective shapes every decision that follows.

From there, the work becomes about alignment.

Aligning the product with the right channels.
Aligning strategy with how retailers actually operate.
And aligning execution with what will move the business forward—not just what looks good on paper.

I don’t operate as an outside advisor. I step into the business, working alongside your team to bring clarity, direction, and momentum where it’s needed most.
